Eligibility

LBN is open to Louisiana barbers, barbershop owners, and the customers they serve. Barbers listing services are expected to hold any professional licensing required by Louisiana law. LBN may display a verified status for confirmed license information but does not independently guarantee the licensing of every listed professional.

Your Listings

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and content you submit. LBN reviews submissions before publishing and reserves the right to decline, edit, or remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these terms or our Community Guidelines.

Appointments and Bookings

LBN does not process appointments, scheduling, or payments. Booking links direct customers to each barber's or barbershop's existing external booking platform. LBN is not responsible for the availability, pricing, or quality of services provided through those external platforms.

Jobs and Opportunities

Job and recruitment listings are posted by barbershop owners and organizers. LBN is not the employer and makes no guarantee of employment. Applicants are responsible for verifying position details, licensing requirements, and compensation terms directly with the listing business.

Intellectual Property

The LBN name, logo, and site content are owned by Louisiana Barber Network. By submitting content, you grant LBN permission to display it on the network for promotional purposes. You retain ownership of your submitted content and represent that you have the right to share it. See our Content Submission Policy for details.

Limitation of Liability

LBN provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LBN is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site, interactions with listed professionals, or transactions conducted through external booking platforms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
